Account Associate/Executive, Full-Time

The Account Associate is responsible for supporting Account Managers in their efforts to plan, manage and execute marketing programs.

Responsibilities include maintaining and managing client and agency materials (including client webs), coordinating the progress of active jobs and managing the completion of tasks according to project schedules. The Account Associate will work with the internal team as well as with agency partners and vendors.

To be effective, the Account Associate must become familiar with the types of programs Bravo! Marketing delivers and the process by which we deliver them. The Account Associate will gain experience with a wide variety of marketing activities while providing support to the agency team and helping to facilitate the effective delivery of integrated marketing programs. Solid support of both internal and external customers is crucial to our effectiveness and success.

Account Manager, Full-Time

The Job
The Account Manager is the primary person responsible for managing client relations. This means maintaining continuous high-level contact with clients, and becoming intimately familiar with the client's products, customers, and the markets that serve them.

The Account Manager will work with agency principals and team members to define programs, guide their implementation, sell those programs to clients, and measure their effectiveness.

You
You will need a couple of years of experience in the high-tech/biotech B2B market, on either the client side or the agency side. You must also be enthusiastic, organized and entrepreneurial (on behalf of yourself and your clients). Good social, communication and interpersonal skills are a must, together with the ability to credibly communicate your experience and knowledge.

Traffic Manager, Full-Time

About the Job

The Traffic Manager manages design resources and vendors (such as printers, designers and service providers), plans for effective and timely production of materials, and enforces high standards of quality. The objective is to produce work that meets the client’s needs, is cost effective, and is delivered on time.

The Traffic Manager is responsible for coordinating projects and managing the production of materials for Bravo! Marketing and its clients. This includes developing and managing schedules for all aspects of the creative process including design and copy-writing activities, client feedback and approval cycles, fulfillment and delivery of completed work, and archiving materials for future use.

The Traffic Manager will be expected to document and routinely report on activities and projects, keeping the client team appraised of status, and developing procedures to help ensure the timely flow of jobs through the agency. Quality printed and online materials are a strategic component of our client offerings; these services are critical to our ability to meet the needs of our clients.

About You

Great Traffic Managers often get their start working at a Kinko's or other service bureau, or inside client organizations as a Marketing Associate.

Computer Skills -- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows XP, Office, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, PhotoShop and InDesign are a must. Skills with additional programs, such as Flash and AfterEffects are valuable.

Production Experience -- Demonstrated experience in developing materials for both online and print is a must. The ability in both print and online environments is key to successfully performing this job.

Quality Orientation -- The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to producing clean files.

Ability to Work in a Team -- A large part of the success in this position comes from successful collaboration with others. Specifically, success in this position requires the abilities to:

  • Meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively (listening, speaking and writing)
  • Juggle multiple tasks and priorities at once
  • Exhibit creative problem solving
